FINCA CUATRO PINOS

Finca Cuatro Pinos is a rural, hillside retreat, 6kms from Competa towards the coast.

The property covers 10,000m2 planted with vines, olive and almond trees and has splendid views down the valley to the sea.

Set amougst the stunning mountains of the Axiquaria, Finca Cuatro Pinos is a traditional farm building, which has been extended and renovated to provide two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting and dining room, kitchen, terraces and full size swimming pool.

Finca Cuatro Pinos is fully furnished with everything you will need for your holiday stay including Satellite TV, radio and CD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further bedroom with two single beds and its own large bathroom.

All linen is provided, the kitchen is fully equipped and the whole house is stylishly decorated with individual touches emphasising its Andalucian character.

The south terrace, overlooking the pool, has a large table and chairs for outside eating and wonderful mountain views down to the Mediterranean sea.

Finca Cuatro Pinos sleeps up to four people and is the perfect place for a tranquil and relaxing holiday soaking up the sun and stunning views by the pool.

CASA MUÑECA

Casa Muñeca is a traditional townhouse in the heart of Competa village, ideal for one, two or three people.

The house has a living room with sofa bed and dining room, plus a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The first floor has a double bedroom and bathroom. Outside, there's a south facing roof terrace looking over the village rooftops down to the sea.

Lovingly restored to a luxurious standard, this house retains all of the old Andalucian style with cane and beam ceilings, rustic tiled floors and 2ft thick walls.

Casa Muñeca is fully equipped with washing machine, complete kitchen with ceramic hob, Satellite TV, CD radio player etc.

The village square is only a few minutes walk away. There is a corner shop very nearby and car parking is 50 metres from the house.

Casa Muñeca is a charming, cosy home with gas and electric heaters for the winter nights. The perfect base for a walking holiday, and to enjoy the life of the village on your doorstep.
