The above prices are per week for 2 people.
Prices are reduced by 5% for single person occupancy and increased by 10% for 3 people.

The rental rates include linen, towels, a welcome food basket and normal use of electricity and
gas. Any special requirements should be requested in advance. Changeover day is normally Saturday, arrival after 2pm, departure
by 10am.
Discounts may be available for stays longer than 3 weeks, please email Irene for details. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damages/breakage deposit is also required.
Please note: Finca Cuatro Pinos is at the end
of 1km of unmade road, which is driveable in an ordinary rental car. The swimming pool is unfenced. Casa Muñeca is a traditional village house and so has steep stairs. This may present some difficulties for toddlers, the elderly or infirm. Please email Irene should you would like any further information.
